Buses come in threes

…and I’ve had three poems published recently in different journals.

First was a haiku in Shadow Pond Journal. It was published as a stand-alone post back in November, so I forgot to look for the journal edition itself until today. That came out in mid-December.

Next was a short poem I wrote on Christmas morning 2023. Time Of Singing started winging its way to me from the US at the end of December – I’ve never seen so many Stars and Stripes on an envelope! I’ll be able to publish it here in three months. (Which reminds me: the four haiku that appeared in the Fall edition of Time Of Singing are scheduled to appear here in a couple of weeks.)

And finally another winter-set poem, a terza rima weaving my gratitude for the ecosystem of poets past and present into the temperate rainforest of Lustleigh Cleave and other pockets of Dartmoor. The editor kindly encouraged me not to wait before publishing it here.
