We’re proud to feature here Diana Wackerbarth’s extraordinarily insightful article “Seeing Places”. The realisation that the boundary wall around what is now the University’s Rowancroft Hall, Heavitree, clearly pre-dates any of the early Victorian features there, has led one member of the Quarry Trails steering group to reflect deeply on what this means – a beautiful piece.
